Your Highland timepiece will arrive within 1-5 working days (UK), 3-9 days (Europe), or 5-21 days (Rest of World).
Custom Tartan Watches require 3-5 weeks for crafting with authentic Scottish mill tartans, plus an additional 2-3 days for engraving.
All orders come with full tracking and our 2-year Highland warranty.
Returns are accepted within 28 days with proof of purchase, though personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

We offer over 1,000 authentic Scottish tartans, woven in Scotland. You can select your preferred tartan from our library, or get in touch if you’d like help finding the perfect one.
Yes. Each piece is bespoke, using your chosen tartan and premium leather. Please allow additional time for production.
Production typically takes 3-5 weeks, plus shipping time depending on your location. If you need it by a specific date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes if you have a family tartan or special fabric, we can often work with it. Just get in touch before placing your order.
