Please note: Custom Tartan Watches and Tartan Smartwatch Straps will take 3-5 weeks to be shipped as they are made-to-order items.
Duties & Tax
Please be aware that orders sent to addresses outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these and have to ask that the customer is responsible for settling the cost. Unfortunately, these vary for different countries, so we are unable to estimate what they will be on a case by case basis.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Procedure
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, in the original condition, up to 28 days after purchase.

Please help us by including the order number it relates to and whether you want a refund or an exchange, when sending the item back to us.
Please note, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before placing your order.
Extended Return Period for Christmas Orders:
For orders placed in November and December, we offer an extended return window. These items can be returned until 31st January.

Faulty Product Returns
Our watches are supplied with a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical defects to the watch.
Returns and exchanges will only be processed if accompanied by proof of purchase.
