Our tartans come directly from Scottish mills and ancient weavers who’ve woven these fabrics for centuries. Each strap is handmade, with all assembly being carried out in our workshop by our skilled team.
Yes! We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. UK orders enjoy free shipping, and delivery times:
UK: 1-5 working days
Europe: 3-9 working days
USA: 5-14 working days
Rest of the World: 5-21 working days
Standard watches ship in 1-5 working days. Custom Tartan Watches take 3-5 weeks depending on the availability of your tartan. For an additional fee, Fast Track Production is available which means your Custom Tartan item will be shipped within 1-3 weeks.
There are over 1000 tartans to choose from on our website however we have access to thousands more. If you don’t see your tartan on the website we may still be able to source it. Just choose any tartan from the list and type your request as an order note after adding it to cart and we will contact you if your tartan is unavailable.
The size of your Apple Watch can be found on the back of your Apple Watch case. All you have to do is choose the corresponding size. E.g. if your Apple Watch says 41mm you would choose size: 38/40/41mm.
Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covering mechanical defects. We stand behind our Highland craftsmanship.
We offer 28-day returns on all standard items. Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you and aren't eligible for returns.
